These battles shall not be mere street fights with stones against tear-gas bombs, or of pacific general strikes; neither shall it be the battle of a furious people destroying in two or three days the repressive scaffolds of the ruling oligarchies; the struggle shall be long, harsh, and its front shall be in the guerrilla's refuge, in the cities, in the homes of the fighters — where the repressive forces shall go seeking easy victims among their families — in the massacred rural population, in the villages or cities destroyed by the bombardments of the enemy.

Now we find out that all manner of bribery, coertion, deceit, and other "illegal for business to do and you go to jail, get the perp-walk", namely the well-known favoritism, back-room deals. "Cornhusker Kickback" gave Nebraska via my-name-is-now-mud Senator Ben Nelson a permanent exemption from the state share of Medicaid expansion for Nebraska, meaning federal taxpayers have to pay out an additional $45 million in the first ten years and forevermore. in the Senate's messed up health care legislation. Another Democratic holdout extortionist, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), took heat/credit/blame for $10 billion in new funding for community health centers, while untruthing /denying it was a “sweetheart deal” which got the taxpayers more against-our-will-and unwilling "romance". Sanders was obviously enthusiastic about a bad bill he said he would not support three days before the bribe.
Democrat RattleSnake Senator Ben Nelson and PIT Viper Senator Carl Levin (D-Mich.) gouged out an unfair exemption for non-profit insurers in Nebraska and Michigan, respectively, from an economy-wrecking excise tax sighted in by the 111th TRAVESTY CONGRESS already as the Value Added Tax or VAT tax that has wrecked havoc in the European Union across Europe. Insurers in the other 48 states will pay the VAT tax, through the NOSE and out the WAZOO. As stated by Rush H. Limbaugh, a VAT tax would be more fair than the "progressive" income tax which is largely carried by wage earners and upper brackets, HOWEVER that stinking, no-good, 54000 page of code INCOME TAX would have to go which will NEVER happen. The income tax is too big a weapon in the hands of Congress to ever toss away. Congress wields an ax with the income tax, that cannot be given up...it is an ultimate power which has, unfortunately, corrupted absolutely.
Add that to the buying of Democratic Senator Mary (Water Moccasin Snake) Landrieu for $300 million increase for Medicaid in Louisiana, which easily won her immoral sold-out bought up vote.
A lesser known deal was Senator Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.)and Senator Patrick (Leaky) Leahy (D-Vt.) Massachusetts' Senator John (F for Fooling) Kerry were given additional Medicaid funding, more bribery. Pennsylvania, New York and Florida were donated protections for their Medicare Advantage beneficiaries at a time when the Medicare program is getting cuts across the USA.
Many governors are rightly hair-pullingly concerned that the Medicaid expansion will drain already stressed state budgets. This could be a hammer to hit governors to keep their attorneys-general from seeking lawsuits against this UNCONSTITUTIONAL health care forced buying.
Senator Judd Gregg (R-NH) put forth an amendment to protect new if imaginary, savings from Medicare from being used to fund new entitlements. The passed legislation and the reconciliation package would create a combined $529 billion in cuts to Medicare spending over ten years. "For the TRAVESTYS FORCES claim these cuts will be applied to increase the fatally-flawed program’s solvency, which will otherwise cause $38 trillion in unfunded liabilities to the taxpayers. Gregg's improvement bill LOST 56-42 and was "tabled" or put aside forever...Sen. Gregg’s amendment would have ensured prolonged fiscal sustainability of Medicare. Obviously the "New Lame Ducks" want to get that VAT tax and prevent a recovery and prolong the "crisis".
When "Lame-Duck-In-His-Own-Right" Senator John McCain (R-AZ) put forward an amendment that would remove increases in Medicaid Disproportionate Share Hospital payments for Tennessee and Hawaii, the “Louisiana Purchase”or Sen. Mary (Water Moccasin Snake) Landrie's $300 million deal, Medicare coverage for Libby, Montana residents exposed to environmental hazards, and $100 million for hospitals in Connecticut. The amendment was tabled with a vote of 54-43 leaving in the bribes to be taxpayer paid.
Another Republican tried to unscrew the taxpayers, Senator Mike Crapo (R-ID) wanted to commit the mess for clean up to the Finance committee so that Obama could keep his word NOT to SHAFT the middle class making $200,000 or less individually or families with $250,000 AKA "Al Gore Millionare Taxpayers) with increased taxes. The Senate voted to table this amendment with a vote of 56-43. It appears that Sen. Robert (I'm SO Old I Was A Democrat Klansman) Byrd just stays at the rest home these days.
Health care travesty passed on Sunday mandates or forces employers into unintended consequences because they do not offer their workers insurance. This provision will encourage employers to avoid hiring low-income workers, it will encourage employers who must hire a high proportion of low-income workers to drop the coverage they presently offer, leading to loss of jobs and lower wages. Senator Mike Enzi (R-WY) offered a motion to fight this by referring the bill AGAIN to the Finance Committee to strike the employer mandate and replace it with other offsets. The Senate voted 58-41 to table this amendment, revealing that Byrd goofed off and 2 Republicans had gone home, as in "What's the use?" People with 2 part-time jobs such as MOST Hawaiians will see BOTH employers penalized for hiring them!
Senator John Barrasso (R-WY) proffered an amendment requiring that nothing in the bill would cause premium increases. It got tabled with a vote of 57-41.
As Obama has promised that THEY, meaning his henchmen/women in government have similar coverge to politicians and their cronies. That Obamacare will rival the popular Federal Employee Health Benefits Program (FEHBP) which members of Congress and other federal employer buy as insurance. Senator Charles (Gotta Love This!) Grassley (R-IA) sponsored a bill that would force proponents of the package to put this claim to the test by requiring that the President and all members of Congress and their staff receive health care through the newly-created exchanges rather than through the FEHBP. Did the Senate want Obamacare...HELL NO! Democrats flushed that idea 56-43 and no doubt cast "MEAN EYES" on Republicans for "the VERY IDEA!
"The State of Nebraska cannot afford an unfunded mandate and uncontrolled spending of this magnitude,” the governor wrote to Nelson.
Senator (Dingy) Harry the Democrat Reid of Nevada declared he was excused because Obama wanted to ruin Christmas as he had evoked terror during Halloween:
“You’ll find a number of states that are treated differently than other states. That’s what legislating is all about. It's compromise," Senator Reid said.
Reid may as well have added,"Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn!. The taxpayers should,"lie back and enjoy it. I'm out of here smiling, knowing so much damage has been wrought. I feel MEAN! I'm a BASTARD! What a FEELING! Such DEMONIC RAW POWER! CRUSHING AMERICAN SPIRIT IN MY OLD AGE so powerfully makes me feel like...a man...a despotic, EVIL man reining MAJESTICALLY among lesser DESPOTIC men and woman! FEARED by the GOOD...LOVED by the bad...I should live to be 200 after all this...then I will laugh as they feel my wrath...from the grave!"

Speaking of Last Chances...unflushed Democrats and like-non-minded no-brain-cell-working-RINO Republicans can say."GOOD-BYE" because the people are wise to their lies and are not going to "take it anymore", we cannot say exactly WHERE the people have been taking it, but it has not been a romantic encounter!
